Stopping youth from trying drugs and helping people already addicted requires a team effort. Our Care Groups provide free, collaborative tools to assist
There are clinicians and organizations in your area trained to help young and old alike stay away from drugs and to assist when addiction has taken hold
Evidence shows recovery can improve by random testing and have a deterrent effect on youth. Now it can be done at-home and with a team along side to help
We believe that individuals working together in small teams, guided by professionals, and employing best practices drive the best outcomes
An introduction
This short video describes how MyRecovery.Group puts the individual at the center of the recovery process and surrounds them with best practices, a team that desperately wants them to succeed, professional assistance, and services known to aid in recovery like at-home drug testing and real-time communications like video-conferencing.
NIH: The positive effects of "social interaction"
An increasing number of sources support a recovery strategy that is patient-centric and in part socially driven. From the NIH: "A new study published in Nature Neuroscience finds that social interactions can have a profound effect on behaviors related to addiction, and on the brain’s response to drug-associated cues. These findings have implications for people with substance use disorders (SUDs)".
Integrated Private Video-Conferencing (PVC)
All of our support packages provide teams with their own, password-protected private video conferencing channel. And because they're integrated, there's no need for passing around links and it's as easy to use as clicking a single button. MyRecovery's PVC supports up to 10 simultaneous users making it easy for remote teams to meet face to face (virtually).
Random At-Home Drug Testing (in beta now):
We send the products, create the randomization schedule, alert when it's time to test (which removes "blame" from parents and team members) and then make it easier for the team to know of and deal with the results.
